The hotel has a good location in the village. The staff makes your stay relaxed and they are very helpful. The room had an amazing view over the alps and are very nicely decorated and comfortable. Amazing terasse!
I stayed at the nevai in June to attend a friends party. Although the resort is very quiet in June we have a fantastic time. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful with all of our needs. The rooms are nicely designed and the beds are very comfortable. I had a spa treatment in their elemis spa which was one of the best massages i have ever had.
The staff in this hotel is very very friendly and professional. They speak more than French and that is a big plus. I will certainly come back and stay in this hotel again.
I liked the location in the middle of Verbier, walking distance to skislopes, sports center, shops and restaurants. If walking was an issue the friendly shuttle drivers would take you. The hotel satff was fabulous, friendly and nothing seemed to be a problem!! I did not use the spa however members of the family did and found it good
I would have liked a gym or some other training facility but as it was clear from the hotelhomepage that there was not a gym at the hotel this can not be a critisism.
Cleaness, location and modern.
I think the price is a bit to high for the present economic crisis and the high value of the swiss franc
I liked the apres ski on the sunny terrace with always lovely trendy music and special events like cocktails, barbeque, sushi etc. Some of the staff are really friendly. Nevai shuttle bus always ready to bring and collect
The rooms are very basic and no space in the wardrobes.Very basic bathroom,no chairs on the balcony. Breakfast was ok and basic with very bad coffee. Very noisy bedrooms with the night club adjacent to hotel so no peace until 4 am! Very bad security. over prized for the Ikea look alike decor. No proper hotel manager only a receptionist.small ski room area.
Loved the design of the hotel, and the rooms are spacious, funky and functional. Ski shuttle was a fabulous treat - door-to-door service - and the hotel staff was lovely: friendly, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Even managed to sneak in a late-ish meal in the wonderful restaurant (thanks to a quick call to the kitchen when I checked in) - one thing not to be missed: Irish coffee to die for! Was so busy enjoying the sunshine and snow that I had no time for the spa facilities - but will certainly make use of them next time! Great hotel, great service - it was hard to go back to normal life!
The location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great. The ambience was as described and very upscale. The cozy size of the Inn made for a very intimate and inviting stay. The assistance in picking other restaurants in the area was right on target. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a beautiful room with a very large balcony. Unfortanely the view was somewhat blocked by a trampoline with harnesses. Too bad. Also some chairs on the balcony outside would be nice since the view is spectacular.
The Nevai does not match up to its ' look' or seemingly boutIque/design hotel. Although the spa is excellent, I would not be staying here again. Definitely not worth the price and much more basic that it appears.
good rooms and excellent restaurant with friendly staff
Style, spacious rooms, friendly staff, modern & aesthetically pleasing, light.
Noise, the corridors do echo somewhat and if people are loud it reverberates into the rooms somewhat, otherwise v comfortable.
Reception and bar area very cool looking. Minibus/taxi driver was great. Lady who sent our left keys on to us was great.
Ski/boot room far too small - lockers too small. Poor experience. Rooms were spartan and 'cold'. Minimalist is fine, but our rooms felt stark and spartan. On leaving at 7.00 no-one was at the reception desk. Found someone asleep in the bar area who claimed to be the receptionist.
The interior design of the shared space is really nice. The bar, and the restaurant terasse in particular. The staff were all extremly friendly and service oriented. The shuttle bus to the skilifts and the help provided in carrying skiis by the drivers is commendable. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. The spa part is extremly small. There is no place to sit down after the sauna, except for the two small stools. There is only one shower. The handles of the sanua and steem bath doors were broken. The quality of towels not only in the spa but also in the rooms was shamefull. Also, from the three nights we spent there, we could not use the restaurant facilities for two - first night it was not open, and the last it was a closed party gathering. Finally, the place for changing into ski boots is extremly small, and should the hotel be full, this will certainly cause problems.
No service.. At 09:30 almost no choice of food at breakfast. No personal at the Spa. Where a the 4 stars?
The Staff were very friendly and professional, the food was very good and the decor and atmosphere of the hotel is fresh, modern and relaxed. Great cocktails!!
It was not located steps away from the lifts as it says, but, they do have a free van to take you to the lift and pick you up when you have finished skiing for the day.
